first step in setting up a presence on the web is to purchase

or longer like:
this-is-a-very-very-very-very-long-domain-name.org
(which is also difficult to remember and type).
In general it is best that you choose a domain name that is
easy to remember and easy to type for your visitors that reflects
the intent of your site. Also, it is important to know that
someone may have already had your great idea for a perfect name
for their website and bought the domain name. So when you are
planning your site, think of several names that suit you and
don't be discouraged if some or all of them are not available.

names were ones that grew on us over time.
When you sign up for a domain name you will be asked to enter
it to check availability. You can enter it as:

and we will check to let you know if it is available, or you
can enter it without the extension like:
mygreatidea
and we will check for all available extensions that we register
and tell you which ones are available and which are not.

Web hosting
is a place for your website to live on the World Wide Web and
for the Domain Name to point to. There are different tyes of
